G&R is a full service commercial electrical contractor that has been in business since 1999. The Company has its roots in the residential underground where it got its start however the scope of work has expanded to include all types of commercial construction and service work. From its headquarters in Austin G&R has expanded into Houston, San Antonio and has plans to operate in the Dallas / Fort Worth area soon. It is our goal to cover the entire State of Texas.

G&R has maintained since its begining a high emphasis on work safety and maintains a better than average standing among its competitors for job site work safety. We are the preferred provider to many of our business partners and strive hard to build our business thru relationships with quality organizations, both on the Owner / Developer side and the General Contractor side.

George Picken, Jr. the founder and sole owner of the Company has always had a strong sense of community both in our workforce of employees and to the surrounding communities that we serve. This committment has led him to establish this benefit golf tournament to, a small way, give back to the community that we live and work in. He serves on the Board of the YMCA of Greator Williamson County and strongly supports their efforts to make differences in kids lives in our area. All of the net proceeds will go to help the Y accomplish its goals for Williamson County. It is his sincere desire that you join us in this very wortwhile effort and have a little fun along the way.
